Blog entries now stored at blogger

Blogger is terminating publish-by-ftp, so relocating publishing location to blogger. Presently, blog.cauffman.net shows the new blog, while www.cauffman.net still looks at my web host server.

Put a redirect at www.cauffman.net, rather than changing DNS settings for www. That way, subfolder web pages, etc, won't break.
